"Dr. Sachs is an awesome man. I met him years ago, when he worked at the University Mall Dental group. He had a very gentle pleasant manner and was very friendly. One experience I will share shows his dedication to good dental work and to his patients. I had a crown that was done by a different dentist. It was too tight and made my mouth sore. Dental floss would not even work, because the crown was so tight. Dr. Sachs said he wanted to fix it for me, and he did. He did it for a great deal, which was unexpected, and so appreciated. In fact, I had not even mentioned the tooth to him. He noticed it during my exam and said, “Does this crown bother you?” I said "It drives my crazy all the time!” He said, “I want to fix it for you...". Dr. Sachs is a man with integrity! He is very gentle and he never hurts me!"

"No one likes to go to the Dentist, but Dr. Sachs has changed that concept. When I sit in the dental chair very kind assistants great me with a smile, gives me a blanket if I am cold and offers me a movie to watch to distract me from the drill. And I hardly feel the pain when Dr. Sachs gives me a shot. In fact, I have little discomfort after leaving his office. Dr. Sachs cares for his patience even out of the office. For example, once, when on a trip, I had an abscessed tooth, I called him and he took the time to call in a prescription. He also called me a couple of times to be sure I was ok. On return of my trip, he got me right into his office and took care of the tooth. The reception room, and examination rooms are cheerful and calming, and nicely decorated according to the season of the year. Even the restroom is decorated. Instead of being nervous, I rather enjoy walking into his office for my dental visits."

I love how I can always count on Dr. Sachs to be honest with me. If I cannot afford the work I need, he helps me set priorities on what needs to be done. He is never pushy, nor has he pushed things on me I don’t need. He is personable and friendly! I never wait – I get right in and out. His staff is always warm and friendly. Procedures are explained and any questions answered. At one point, Dr. Sachs was dropping my insurance and so many patients complained, he had to keep us! It says a lot that he did! I will be a loyal patient until all my teeth fall out!"

"Our family lives in Sandy and have been seeing Dr. Sachs for many ears prior to him moving his practice to Orem. Even though it is a bit of a drive for us now, we consider the benefit well worth it. Originally just my husband and I would see Dr. Sachs. We both appreciate his calm demeanor and assuring presence. He has a gentleness that is portrayed in all of his procedures.
